This is not strange in United Arab Emirates, Sharjah, Adh Dhayd.
You feel something invaluable is fading away because you are emotionally tied to him and you don't think that is a big deal to be virgin or not, since all the matter is how strong your love is.
You look forward towards values of love itself as love, while he looks back to traditional, or custom values like virginity.
You are away in front of him.
But... yes, there is always but in such matters, to know exactly where you are both heading, take a deep breath and ask him why?
You know what I meant by why.
If it was because of the matter of virginity, just stop right there and control your heart a bit. He doesn't deserve you.
If there is something else, try to discuss with an open eye and so open mind not heart at such moment to know the rate of compatibility between you and decide upon that.
Honesty is very important in this regard. Be honest, even when you request anything from people you don't know to help you pass something difficult like this situation.
