Love or Just Friendship?

Hi :) I have a very big problem which is taking a lot of my time and nerves!

Two years ago, I was in a relationship with a guy for 6 months. We loved truly each other and were each other's first loves.

When we broke up for a bullshit, we didn't speak for 1 month. Then, he came to talk to me and we kissed various times but he didn't want to come back to me and decided to forget me.

After some months, we had 'an argument' and didn't talk to each other for 3 months. Then we started to talk again and decided to remain friends.

I still loved him but he didn't know that. He used to tell me everything about his girlfriend, how much he loved her and stuff they'd do. We were friends for 1 year but I understood that I still love him.

Some time passed, and I told him that, meanwhile he told me everything about his girlfriend, I still was in love with him. Now he tells me that I'm like a sister to him and still tells me everything about his girlfriend of 4 months.

Doesn't he understand that even that I tell him I'm not in love anymore, I'm doing the same as before?? Listening to him, staying beside him only because I love him. Please help.
